PhD Olaszországban

A PhD position is available from June 2013 to investigate a range of fundamental questions concerning the spatial and temporal distribution of sedimentary facies and geometry of sedimentary bodies at the submarine channel to lobe transition. This PhD project, funded through an agreement between the Turbidite Research Group of the University of Leeds (UK) and the University of Camerino (Italy), will be based at Camerino, Italy and will focus on the Gorgoglione Flysch and Laga Formation (Miocene) in southern and central Italy, respectively.
